Digital Innovation& Experience Specialist, Contract
Responsibilities
. Support the development of experiences for how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure, and purchase products.
. Collaborate with key cross functional teams within the region to integrate business priorities and strategies into enhancing the customer journey and shopping experience.
. Track performance against established benchmarks, analyze customer engagement and experience metrics, report out regularly on performance and identify actionable insights.
. Support the development of strategic briefs to inform cross functional partners of business priorities, experience opportunities, and performance.
. Conduct research on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development.
Additional Requirements
. Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to help develop innovative customer experiences and shopping journeys.
. Regular meetings with counterparts in Europe/US during overlapping business hours.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of experience defining and developing consumer facing digital shopping journeys, or e-commerce experience.
Education and Experience
BA/BS required, MBA a plus
