JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms customers
. Attend to customers queries in-store and online stores
. Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Tiktok, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls
. Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
. Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets
. Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
. Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts
. Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales
. Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns
. Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process
. Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
. Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
. Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
. Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
. Commercial awareness and sales drive - to sell more products through our multiple online platforms
. Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important
. General interest in working in different platforms, and a good knowledge of excel
. Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
. Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
