About Us:

We are a well-established, award-winning luxury spa in Singapore, located in Orchard Road. We are known for our skilled massage services, facials, hair styling, body contouring, eyebrow embroidery, and more.

We are seeking a talented and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate awareness of our brand to drive sales.

The Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force for all our marketing efforts to increase our company's brand awareness, visibility and growth.

You'll oversee all marketing, branding, and promotional activities across various media platforms, including digital marketing as well as social media posts and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive 360-marketing campaigns aligned with our brand positioning and key consumption periods
• Manage and grow our social media presence and digital marketing efforts
• Create compelling content for various platforms to increase brand awareness and increase awareness of the spa
• Create and oversee promotional materials and advertising content as necessary
• Collaborate with partners to plan and execute brand-elevating events
• Maintain relationships with media and key influencers to maximize PR exposure
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Manage relationships with vendors and creative agencies

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or luxury sectors
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and e-commerce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to do basic video editing
• Analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing/Business and/or a minimum of three years of relevant working experience
• Minimum two years of digital and social marketing experience in content writing including SEO/SEM
• Knowledge of webpage management software (WordPress/WIX)
• Proficiency in data analytics for social media, websites and Google.
• Experience in Adobe Suites, Canva and Microsoft Office
• Basic Knowledge in Google Analytics or Adwords, certification will be a plus
• Retail/Beauty and Wellness industry experience will be an added advantage
