BABEM SG is the company behind the operations of Lady M Singapore, a globally recognised premium cake boutique known for its signature mille crepes.

As we continue to grow our online business, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to support and scale our e-commerce operations.

About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on and commercially minded E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our online store and drive sales performance.

This role blends operations and marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys execution, optimisation, and seeing direct impact on revenue. You'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations while enhancing the overall online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and content across online platforms

. Monitor daily sales performance and implement actions to improve conversion and customer experience

. Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, delivery issues, and customer inquiries

. Execute online marketing activities including promotions, campaigns, social media posts, and email pushes

. Analyse sales trends and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights

. Collaborate with internal teams on stock planning, product launches, and marketing assets

. Ensure brand consistency and a seamless, high-quality online shopping experience

Requirements

. Experience in e-commerce, online store operations, or digital retail

. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, or Lazada is an advantage

. Basic marketing knowledge (digital campaigns, promotions, content)

. Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking KPIs

. Strong attention to detail and communication skills

. Independent, organised, and proactive in driving online sales
