Cashier Management:Oversee the management of the restaurant's cash register system, ensuring accurate completion of all transaction records, and maintaining daily cash and credit card payment processes.
Team Leadership:Coordinate and lead the cashier team, conduct training for new staff, supervise employee performance, and ensure efficient collaboration for smooth business operations.
Financial Reporting:Responsible for generating and analyzing financial reports, monitoring sales trends, and proposing improvement suggestions.
Customer Service:Ensure the provision of customer-satisfying services and food and beverage offerings, address customer issues, and maintain positive communication and interaction.
Technical Support:Assist in resolving issues with the POS system and other technical devices, ensuring their normal operation.
Front Desk Reservations:Manage communication and execution of reservations, as well as other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
At least two years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, with a preference for candidates with cashier management or leadership experience.
Proficient in EPOINT cashier system and INLINE reservation system, familiar with payment processes in the restaurant industry.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, maintaining composure in high-pressure environments.
Strong understanding of financial reports and data analysis.
Positive customer service attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
