We are a fast-growing D2C mattress and sleep solutions company, committed to delivering premium products with exceptional customer experience. As we continue expanding across digital channels, we are looking for a Digital Brand Manager to shape our brand identity and drive online sales growth.
Role Overview
This is a strategic role at the intersection of branding, creative direction, and digital growth. You will not be executing campaigns directly, but you will guide, critique, and align cross-functional teams (performance marketing, design, PR/KOLs) to ensure our online presence converts into sales.
If you have a keen aesthetic sense, proven D2C industry experience, and the ability to connect brand storytelling with revenue impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand positioning and creative direction to strengthen our online presence and sales conversion.
- Review, evaluate and feedback on designs, creatives, and content to ensure they are both aesthetically appealing and commercially effective.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams:
- Work with performance marketers (SEO/SEM, paid ads) to ensure campaigns meet ROI.
- Work with PR partners to secure collaborations and content that builds brand awareness and trust.
- Identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to shape content and creative direction.
- Monitor brand consistency across website, social media, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Provide direction on content formats and storytelling that attract, engage, and convert customers.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in D2C brand marketing, e-commerce, or consumer lifestyle industries (e.g., bedding, beauty, wellness, F&B).
- Strong aesthetic judgment - you know what design/content works for online conversion.
- Proven ability to manage and guide teams (performance marketers, designers, PR).
- Experience in brand building and growing online sales channels.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset - able to connect branding with sales KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in regional or multi-market D2C brands.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of customer journey optimization in online retail.
