Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Digital Experience
- Drive high-growth online revenue targets with full ownership of our website and digital storefront.
- Lead conversion optimisation, and build a seamless, best-in-class customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct regular site audits and troubleshoot usability and conversion issues as they arise.
- Oversee accurate product roll-outs and content updates to minimise friction for Sales Operations and enable seamless order fulfilment.
- Identify and implement high-impact initiatives, including category management, O2O experiences, loyalty integration and new digital revenue streams.
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise full-funnel digital campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, CRM, and other bottom-funnel channels-fully managed in-house (we do not work with a media agency).
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine creatives, messaging, and customer acquisition/retention best practices.
- Adopt and evolve best-in-class attribution models to measure cross-channel impact and enhance decision-making.
- Develop our SEO strategy and implement best practices with ongoing actionable insights, optimisation and organic traffic improvements.
- Partner with Brand Comms to maintain cohesive and brand-aligned messaging across digital touchpoints.
3. Data & Reporting
- Analyse and report on site, campaign and channel performance weekly and monthly, with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop a strong understanding of our data architecture and help build a unified, reliable source of truth across the business.
- Work closely with leadership to align digital strategies with broader business goals and brand objectives.
Job requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years experience working in an e-commerce and digital marketing role.
- Proficient in Google and Meta Ads Manager and other paid channels, with a strong track record of managing paid media budgets to achieve high ROAS.
- Experienced in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Analytical, attentive to detail and able to proactively utilise data, consumer behaviour and market trends to maximise online revenue while enhancing brand equity.
- A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership, leadership and respect for others.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience with Shopify, UI/UX, data and app management is highly valued.
As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a Case Study Assignment to assess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
