Digital Content Creator/E-commerce Marketing Specialist

Are you a bold, self-driven creator with a sharp eye for digital trends and a passion for storytelling The Prosthetic Company is seeking a Digital Content Creator / E-commerce Marketing Specialist to lead our content and online marketing efforts from the ground up.

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives independently, takes initiative, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging digital experiences. You'll be the creative force behind our social media presence, live selling sessions, and e-commerce strategy-bringing our mission to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, produce, and execute digital marketing assets including paid ads, influencer content, blog posts, and social media visuals
• Manage and maintain a content calendar for TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram, and YouTube
• Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram
• Oversee Purpur's e-commerce presence across TikTok, IG, and XHS
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with the marketing team on-site to align strategy and execution

What We're Looking For

• Highly creative and independent thinker with strong marketing instincts
• Confident working solo and managing multiple platforms
• Comfortable on camera and engaging in live sessions
• Familiar with e-commerce tools and social media trends
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
