Key Responsibilities:
Digital Culture Enablement
- Champion Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Data-Digital principles across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and resources to build and sustain a digital-first culture.
- Inspire teams to adopt cutting-edge digital practices while aligning with Scoot's strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, promote, and execute digital initiatives.
- Drive alignment and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Act as the bridge between technical and business teams to translate ideas into executable solutions.
Strategic Delivery and Governance
- Establish governance around digital frameworks to ensure productivity, swift delivery, and quality outcomes.
- Oversee the execution of digital strategies and provide guidance to teams to meet desired results.
- Monitor and track project progress, using data and insights to optimize delivery processes.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
