ArcadeXR builds online and remote-play arcade experiences for a global audience. Our platform, Arcade Online, connects players from around the world to real physical arcade machines. It's competitive,skill-driven, event-heavy, and community-focused.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of paid growth and marketing performance - managing spend, improving conversion, and helping scale the platform efficiently.
This is a hands-on role with real impact on revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage paid acquisition across channels(Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Manage and optimise marketing spend across internal campaigns and agencies
- Analyse performance across the full funnel(click → signup → purchase → retention)
- Identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, and LTV
- Work with product and marketing to improve onboarding and monetisation
- Plan and execute experiments across creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Hold agencies accountable and improve their output
- Report on performance and provide clear, actionable insights
What We're Looking For
- 4-8 years in performance marketing or growth roles
- Experience managing meaningful paid budgets
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation
- Hands-on experience in ad platforms (not just reporting)
- Analytical mindset - able to turn data into decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in gaming or consumer apps
- Experience with subscription or microtransaction products
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms
