We are seeking an experienced VP - Business Process & Systems Management to lead our global process governance, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives. This is a strategic position overseeing SOP governance, process quality, exception handling, system strategy, and driving digital transformation across all global operations. You will manage a team of senior process specialists and play a key role in positioning E-Freight Global as an industry leader in operational efficiency and innovation.
. Partner with the executive leadership to develop and execute strategic process governance and system architecture frameworks across global freight operations
. Lead business process quality assurance, audit, and continuous improvement programs aligned with company-wide strategic objectives
. Manage exception handling protocols and ensure compliance with operational standards across all business units
. Drive global digitalization initiatives, system implementations, and AI-driven process optimization across all operational regions
. Lead and mentor a team of process managers, business analysts, systems specialists, and operational experts
. Oversee process documentation, operational procedure manuals, knowledge management systems, and best practice dissemination
. Manage system and application product lifecycle including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, implementation oversight, and optimization
. Partner with executive stakeholders (CFO, COO equivalents, IT leadership, regional heads) to identify and execute transformational process and system improvements
. Develop and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure process and system performance and organizational health
. Ensure regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and alignment with industry best practices in freight forwarding and logistics
. Represent the company's operational excellence vision in industry forums and strategic discussions
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
. Minimum 10+ years of experience in business process management, systems management, operations, supply chain management, or related senior leadership roles
. Proven track record of leading transformational process and digital initiatives in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade
. Deep expertise in SOP development, process governance frameworks, and operational quality management
. Experience with enterprise systems ( TMS platforms, operational management tools) and business process automation
. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor senior teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and KPI development
. Executive-level communication skills ability toinfluence and present to C-suite leadership and boards
. Excellent change management and stakeholder engagementcapabilities
. Experience in NVOCC, freight forwarding, or international logistics operations management
. Deep knowledge of LCL/FCL operational processes, documentation management, and handling complex business documentation
. Proficiency in MS SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence tools
. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies or process improvement certifications
. Global or multi-regional operational experience managing distributed teams
. Background in implementing AI-driven or automation initiatives in supply chain and logistics
. Experience in developing end-to-end Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or custom operational platforms
. Experience in system and application product management, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, system implementation oversight, and post-launch optimization
