Role: Desktop Support Engineer L2

working Hours/Shifts: 12 hrs rotating shift (8 to 8) (day n night)

- Mobility Support Must have Talent / Skills: Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills, Proficient Desktop/Accessories skillset.

Incident management, Reporting and Documentation. Must be comfortable working with Android phones.

Knowledge of MDM is a plus Good to have skill : MDM (AirWatch)

Good to have Talent / Skills: ITIL Process Knowledge Industry

Preference: WOG Preferred.
