Asset optimization and support strategies to maximise asset performance by working with internal stakeholders to formulate action plan on OPEX & CAPEX management.
Budget management, control and reporting.
Financial modelling and scenario testing. Update cashflow models, conduct scenario analysis to support commercial deals,and run hold-sell analysis for the assets under management.
Risk management, governance and control of Assets under Management.
Procurement and contract management
Management reporting; prepare, consolidate and facilitate monthly/quarterly reports for management, parent company, JV company, REIT, and Fund
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of asset management experience (Asset Manager or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in APAC region))
Strong communication and relationship management with a can-do attitude.
BSc Real Estates, Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Prior asset management experience in managing data center in APAC region is an added advantage.
Proficiency on financial modelling and power BI preferred.
