Dental Front Desk / Patient Service Executive
MySmile Dental Group is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Dental Receptionist / Patient Service Executive to join our dental clinic team.
The role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with patients, are organised, and are keen to develop their skills in a professional healthcare environment. Candidates without prior dental experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Register patients and assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and patient reminders
- Attend to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries professionally
- Assist patients with enquiries on treatments, fees, payments, and clinic policies
- Provide basic financial counselling and support payment-related matters
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and help maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks when required
- Work rotating shifts, including nights and/or weekends, based on clinic roster
Job Requirements
- Basic computer literacy, including use of appointment systems, WhatsApp, and email
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, patient-oriented, and service-driven attitude
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinic environment
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Prior experience in a dental, healthcare, or customer service role will be an advantage
- Candidates without prior dental experience are welcome to apply
