Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement AI and digital solutions to improve business operations and productivity across departments.
Analyse existing workflows and recommend automation and AI-driven improvements for reporting, data processing, and operational efficiency.
Design, implement, and integrate AI tools and solutions (e.g. automation platforms, generative AI tools, data analytics solutions) into company processes.
Work with internal data to support AI initiatives, including data collection, cleaning, structuring, and basic analysis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI and system solutions.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for the setup, integration, and maintenance of AI and IT systems.
Monitor and optimise the performance of implemented AI solutions to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
Support and maintain company IT infrastructure, including email systems, cloud platforms, and user account management.
Provide technical support to employees to ensure smooth usage of AI tools and IT systems.
Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and IT assets.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Basic understanding of AI concepts, data processing, and automation tools.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) is an advantage.
Knowledge of IT systems, including cloud platforms, email systems, and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse business processes.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Prior experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or IT support will be an advantage.
