Company Description Ibirapuera Shopping, located in the Moema neighborhood of São Paulo, is one of the city's most established and traditional shopping centers. Independently managed by store owners who are also property owners, the mall offers a distinctive and collaborative business environment. With six floors of parking and 426 stores and services spread across four shopping levels, it attracts a diverse and loyal customer base drawn by convenience and variety. Ibirapuera Shopping plays a significant role in generating direct and indirect employment and contributes to the economic, social, and cultural development of one of São Paulo's most renowned districts.
Role Description The Data Analyst will work in a part-time, remote capacity, supporting data-driven decision-making across commercial, operations, and customer experience areas. Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple internal and external sources, building reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, and performing statistical and trend analyses on sales, traffic, and customer behavior. The role involves developing and maintaining data models that support forecasting and planning, as well as translating insights into clear recommendations for management and store stakeholders. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare concise presentations of findings, and help improve data quality and reporting processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to support forecasting, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings, build reports, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally possess proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• A bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail, shopping center operations, or consumer analytics is beneficial but not required.
