Traceability Deployment Data Analyst | 1-Year Contract

Salary: $5,500 - $6,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Friday WFH)
Location: Mapletree Business City (Near Labrador Park MRT)
Contract Duration: 1 Year (November 2026 - October 2027)

Job Responsibilities

Support supplier onboarding and deployment of product traceability compliance programmes.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and Excel to track project progress and key milestones.
Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Work with third-party platform vendors to ensure data accessibility and accuracy.
Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and vendors to resolve issues.
Improve data collection and validation processes to enhance reporting efficiency.
Prepare regular project reports highlighting progress, risks, deployment gaps and recommended actions.
Monitor programme email enquiries and coordinate responses and escalations.
Maintain communication calendars, deployment timelines, programme FAQs and workflows.
Conduct supplier surveys and analyse programme feedback.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and provide follow-up summaries
