Job Description

Our client is one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Data Analyst (Manufacturing) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East (Company Transport Provided)

Responsibilities of Data Analyst :

Business Requirements & Data Analysis

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, identify data-related challenges and translate business needs into effective analytical solutions.

Data Extraction & Integration

Extract, consolidate and integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, Excel worksheets and other business applications.

Data Management & Quality Control

Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability.

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytical models and management reports to provide actionable insights and improve business visibility.

Reporting Automation & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks, streamline manual data processing and enhance overall reporting efficiency.

Business Insights & Recommendations

Analyse business and operational trends, identify performance gaps and root causes, and provide data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence or business data analysis.
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management environment will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling
Proficient in SQL, relational databases, data extraction and data transformation.
