Job Description

We're partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing tech company to hire a Customer Support Executive to join their team.

  • Handle order inquiries, returns, and delivery-related issues
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment across APAC
  • Support shipping documentation and customs clearance coordination
  • Coordinate with customers, logistics teams, and service centres on deliveries and shipments
  • Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and inventory updates
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, sales support, or order operations
