Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Provide warm, timely, and accurate service that ensures customers feel valued. Collaborate with various departments to deliver effective solutions to customer inquiries. Embrace teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Play a pivotal role in improving the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • GCE O/A Levels or Polytechnic Diploma. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare is preferred. Clear and confident communication abilities coupled with excellent phone etiquette. Strong service-oriented mindset and active listening skills. Proficient typing speed and the capability to manage multiple systems effectively. Willingness to work a 5.25-day work week, including alternating half-day Saturdays. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position.
