GOOD GEAR SOLUTION PTE LTD is looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our growing team in the industrial engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders from enquiry to final delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer data
- Liaise with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide professional customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term client relationships
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as sales reports and tracking sales performance
- Participate in sales & marketing activities including exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
- Handle exhibition booking, coordination, and event arrangements
- Support import/export documentation and Singapore customs clearance processes
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer requirements and responding to technical enquiries
- Willing to travel overseas when required
Requirements:
- Experience in sales coordination, technical sales, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
