Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Singapore, offering flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring high levels of customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and identifying trends
  • Effective communication, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics is preferred
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
