Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, and building strong relationships. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure clients remain engaged and satisfied with our services.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze feedback, data, and trends to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional Relationship Building and Customer Service experience to develop trust and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and related software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles in a relevant industry is preferred.
