Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to support client growth. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer needs, fostering long-term partnerships, analyzing client feedback, and driving customer retention strategies to enhance business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and ensure top-quality experiences.
  • Proficient in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term partnerships with clients and maintain engagement.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess client data, evaluate feedback, and improve service efficiency.
  • Communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing position is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
