Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore with the flexibility of working from home for certain tasks. As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring retention by delivering exceptional service. You will also analyze customer feedback to implement strategies that enhance customer experiences and support their success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide excellent support and address client needs effectively
  • Strong Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to maintain trust and foster long-term partnerships
  • Solid Analytical Skills for understanding customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Background in performance nutrition, health, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not required
