Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to guide our clients to success and ensure they receive maximum value from our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their goals while driving retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Understand customer goals, KPIs, and challenges to align our solutions accordingly
- Onboard new clients and provide training, support, and documentation
- Monitor account health and usage metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams to advocate for the customer
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate as needed
- Champion the voice of the customer within the organization
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
- Self-motivated and highly organized; capable of managing multiple accounts remotely
- Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is a plus
