Role OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption and retention. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, helping them maximize value from our solutions while supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, managing onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
- Develop strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer usage, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and customer health checks.
- Collect feedback and work with product teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on customer engagement, KPIs, and account health for management.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gainsight).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and resolve issues proactively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and metrics.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or other Asian languages is an advantage for regional client support.
