About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they maximize value from our products and services while fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Onboard new clients, guide them through implementation, and provide product training.
  • Monitor client health metrics, usage patterns, and adoption rates to proactively address risks.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to drive client success and product improvements.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support business growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management on client performance and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Ability to analyze client data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
