About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they maximize value from our products and services while fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Onboard new clients, guide them through implementation, and provide product training.
- Monitor client health metrics, usage patterns, and adoption rates to proactively address risks.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to drive client success and product improvements.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support business growth.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to management on client performance and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.
- Ability to analyze client data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
