Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with a combination of in-office and remote work. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their concerns, providing ongoing support throughout the resume writing and career coaching process, and maintaining strong relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring client engagement, analyzing customer feedback, suggesting improvements to service delivery, and developing strategies to boost customer retention and success outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring an exceptional experience for each client
  • Excellent ability in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and address their unique needs
  • Proficiency in working independently and within a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer relations or a related field
  • Prior experience in a career coaching or professional services setting is a plus
