This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will support customers by addressing their inquiries, managing their accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering loyalty. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, analyzing customer feedback, and developing retention strategies to enhance the customer experience. While some tasks will be office-based, certain responsibilities can be performed remotely.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Customer Retention and fostering Relationship Building
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and feedback
  • Ability to handle client communications with professionalism and empathy
  • Experience in CRM tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
