Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
- Cross-sell and upsell of products and services
- Assist in training courses and educational materials for active clients
Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, preferably in the Asian markets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated accountability, proactiveness, and deep analytical skills
- Prior B2B sales will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Mandarin required. Other languages would be an advantage
