About Us
We are an elder-tech platform that makes aging-in-place safe, dignified, and connected. Our app and smart devices bring families, caregivers, and seniors together, supporting independent living with technology that cares.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard care agencies and families onto the our platform.
  • Provide user support including troubleshooting, guides, and FAQs.
  • Liaise with the product team to report bugs, improvements, and new use cases.
  • Prepare training guides, video walkthroughs, and user documentation.
  • Track product usage and gather feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in customer support, product operations, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain tech simply.
  • Empathy, patience, and a people-first approach.
  • Advantageous: experience in healthcare, social services, or aged-care projects.
