Job Scope:
- Delivering quality customer service at the school's Customer Relations Unit, including managing public queries mainly via phone and written channels.
- Working with stakeholders for resolutions or implement service quality initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction
- Administrative duties
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline. (At least A Level/Diploma cert)
- Candidates with no prior experience, but have a passion for service delivery may also apply
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and adept at problem solving
- Have a pleasant disposition and is passionate about helping others
- Ability to work independently and capable of being an effective team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT savvy
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8.30am-6.00pm, Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Contract Period: 11 months (start in mid-may)
Salary: $2700/month
