Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support for Legal & Corp Sec Team
- Maintain Legal and Corporate Secretariat records and databases (e.g. contracts, submissions, correspondence), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
- Support the team in tracking timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and closing administrative deliverables.
- Assist with Board meeting logistics and coordination, including paper collation, execution of documents, follow‑ups and filing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties on meeting scheduling.
- Handle payment‑related matters, including payment requisitions (manual or via Ariba).
Executive Support for Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
- Manage the CLO's office administration, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Liaise with executive support staff of other HODs to coordinate meetings and logistical arrangements.
