Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team
- Process and follow up on customer orders accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Deliver excellent customer service by applying product knowledge and handling customer enquiries effectively

- Minimum GCE O / N Level or NITEC qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and a team player
