The company, a delivery and logistics provider, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer service operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Help with picking and packing customer orders in the warehouse.
- Handle order processing, inventory checks, and delivery scheduling.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Carry out billing tasks, including invoicing and data entry.. Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely product flow.
- Manage issues related to stock discrepancies, delays, or damages.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Work with the operations team to quickly resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time by working closely with the delivery team.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC in relevant fields or equivalent
- Prior customer service/warehouse experience preferred
