Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Answering of customer calls, emails etc
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers orders
• Monitor customers aging report and payments received
• Key in customers orders
• Cooperate with sales team to manage customer relation
• Liaise with operations team to ensure timely delivery
• Provide support to sales & logistics team
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Admin / Customer Service roles
• Able to multi-task
• Team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 5.5 work days
