Job Description

Location: Tanjong Pagar, Asian Corporate Bank

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to walk-in CORPORATE customers at the counter and respond to any enquiries promptly.
  • Perform teller transactions in accordance with Bank rules and regulations, including:
  • - Cash deposits and cash withdrawals
  • - Fund transfers between account holders
  • - Passbook updating and replacement
  • - SGD and USD cheque deposits
  • - House cheque transfers
  • Process Fixed Deposit (FD) placements and FD interest payouts via cash and cheque.
  • Perform Due Diligence checks for cash and cheque withdrawals.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization of all counter transactions.
  • Batch teller vouchers and input transactions accurately into the core banking system.
  • Ensure teller cash, currencies, and funding accounts are fully balanced at end of day.
  • Remittance, process issuance of Demand Drafts and Cashier's Orders for customers and internal use.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 - 2 years relevant remittance experience in Retail / Corporate Banking
  • Good communication abilities
