Bank Teller / Customer service (12 months contract)

Key Responsibility

. Responding Attend to walk-incustomers

. Handle over-the-countertransactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately

. Assist in customers enquiriesand ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total

. Customer satisfaction

. Prospect banking products andservices to customers

. Perform all banking activitiesin accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements

. Maintains customer confidenceand protects bank operations by keeping information confidential

Working Hours
-Normal Banking Hours: 8.10am to 5pm

-Evening Banking Hours: 9.40am to6.30pm (evening banking allowance of $90 per month)

-5 and a half day work week (offday in lieu)

-Please note that these areofficial hours but selected candidates may be required to stay on a littlewhile to finish up paperwork, after the last customer leaves when the branchcloses
