Key Responsibilities

Conduct a pre-study of current investment, analytics, and portfolio review processes.
Document as-is processes in detail and identify potential gaps or inefficiencies.
Analyze processes to recommend transformation opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
Collaborate with Investment Managers and key stakeholders to understand system requirements and workflow needs.
Prepare comprehensive reports and process documentation to serve as groundwork for the PMS implementation project.
