Responsibilities:
- Manage frontline operations, including cash deposits/withdrawals, fund transfers with accuracy
- Administer the full lifecycle of Fixed Deposits (FD), from placement and interest payouts to maintaining meticulous records and applying promotional campaign rates
- Execute Due Diligence checks and transaction verifications to ensure all counter activities met strict internal bank regulations and authorization protocols
- Perform daily end-of-day balancing of cash, multiple currencies, and funding accounts, ensuring all vouchers are batched and keyed into the core banking system without discrepancy
- Assist in inward/outward remittances
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant teller experience in banks
- Strong customer service experience is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
