Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Supervisor to lead daily operations at Dr Foot Podiatry Clinic, ensuring efficient patient service, staff management, and smooth clinic administration to uphold high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily counter operations to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience
- Supervise clinic staff by providing guidance, mentorship, training, and conducting performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness
- Monitor patient flow and adjust scheduling to maintain efficient service delivery and uphold care quality
- Manage appointment bookings and respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person to ensure timely access to services
- Maintain accurate patient records using clinic management software to support clinical and administrative needs
- Address patient concerns promptly with empathy and effective resolution to enhance patient satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and place orders to ensure clinic supplies are sufficient and available
- Coordinate staff and doctor rosters, including sourcing and scheduling locum doctors to maintain adequate coverage
- Support clinic operations by performing clinic assistant duties as needed to ensure smooth workflow
- Execute additional administrative and operational tasks assigned by management to support clinic objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior managerial experience in healthcare or clinic settings to effectively lead clinic operations
- Familiarity with healthcare administrative procedures, including governance, insurance claims processing, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office applications to manage records and communications efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and patient rapport
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership to motivate staff and uphold clinic standards
