Customer Interaction & Support
- Manage servicing and breakdown hotlines, addressing enquiries, booking appointments, and arranging courtesy vehicles.
- Support customers with accident reporting, repair updates, and service recommendations.
- Coordinate vehicle changeovers and maintain service turnaround times.
- Ensure accurate data entry in internal systems and proactive communication with customers.
Interco /Loss of Use Program
- Facilitate courtesy vehicle allocation for internal customers through system requests.
- Prepare, verify, and file all required vehicle documentation.
Workshop Coordination
- Schedule workshop appointments, track vehicle progress, and validate completed repairs against standards.
Manpower Allocation
- Generate job chits in Salesforce with clear work descriptions and assign operation assistants for vehicle logistics.
Service Operations & Admin Excellence
- Update fleet management systems with real‑time vehicle movements.
- Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare job sheets, manage service records, and assist with projects/events.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum O Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of operations experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skill
