Customer Service & Logistics Officer (Toh Guan / Transport Provided)

Job Summary:

Salary Package: Up to $2,600 basic + Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus + Annual Increment
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30PM (Permanent Role)
Location: Toh Guan Road (Shuttle bus provided from Jurong East MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and process shipping, import, and export documentation
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse team for order fulfilment
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure accuracy
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
