ENTRY LEVEL/EXPERIENCED POSITION
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Executive to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our freight operations.
Operation Hours: 5.5 days work week
0900 - 1800 Mon-Fri
0900 - 1200 Sat (Alternate)
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in coordinating and managing import or export air-freight shipments
- Email liaising
- Export operations, regulations and compliance process
- Provide quotations to customers (Export/Import/Coloading)
- Tracking and updating of shipments
- Liaising cargo collection and delivery
- Liaising with vendors
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management
- Billing & Costing
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, subject to acceptance)
- Strong learning desire
- Excellent soft skills on communications and teamwork
- Preferred individuals with excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Preferred individuals with experience using Sysfreight or Cargowise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
