CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Salary Package: $2,600 - $3,200 (salary will commensurate with experience accordingly)
Working Hours: 5.5 Work Days, 44 hours
Work Location: Orchard, Central Region

Duties and Responsibilities:
. Greet and register patients and promptly inform the respective doctors upon their arrival.
. Handle patient inquiries and help when needed.
. Attend to phone calls, messages, and email inquiries, addressing patient concerns and providing necessary information.
. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for the following day, ensuring the appointment book is filled.
. Collect and process payments accurately from patients.
. Coordinate with laboratories for case collection and follow up on outstanding cases.
. Proactively reach out to patients to fill available appointment slots.
. Adhere to established procedures for the opening and closing of the clinic each day.
. Retrieve patient folders for daily appointments to ensure a smooth workflow.
. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and clinic environment.
. Participate in staff meetings and task force activities to contribute to the clinic's overall efficiency
. Manage the receptionist team, dentists, and our referral clinics.
. Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or at least O level with several years of relevant experience
. At least 2 years of relevant experience in dental or healthcare industry.
. Able to conduct training for receptionist.
. Possess strong communication skills and leadership skills.
. Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.
