Customer Service Executive / Shipping Executive / Freight Forwarding / Import and Export processes

The individual is required to handle customer inquiries/ request for quotation, bookings, and

coordination. It would include create bookings in Company's proprietary freight forwarding

system, and coordinating with carrier, depot, trucking, insurance, and customs clearance.

More specific roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Scope

1. Handle full set of import and export shipments and shipping documents such as Bill of

Lading, Delivery Order, Permit Declaration, Notice of Arrival, etc

2. Prompt Response and close communication with vendors, customers, carriers and

overseas agents

3. Offer solutions to client for shipment /space

Qualification and Experiences

- Minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding

- A general diploma in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred. However, candidate without above qualification but with multiple years of proven relevant track records will be considered too.

- Working knowledge of Import and Export processes
