Position : Customer Service Executive (Shipping/Air Freight)- Changi Airfreight
Location : Airport Cargo Road - Bus nearby
Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2700 + AWS
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Transport & Logistics
Main Responsibilities
To coordinate with airlines, truckers, vendors on freight bookings and shipments.
Liaise with customers, overseas agents and provide sales support.
Issue shipping documentation, billing invoice, BL, Airwaybill.
Requirements
Min O/N levels or equivalent.
Experience in shipping/air freight an advantage.
Patient, able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
On the job training will be provided.
Job category listings

Computer skills in Ms Office.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
