Air & Sea Freight Customer Service Executive
- Location: CIAS Cargo, Changi, Singapore
- Salary: SGD 2,400 - 3,000/month + performance-based bonuses
- Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings across air and sea freight services
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams for timely deliveries
- Handle documentation, customs clearance coordination, and shipment tracking
- Provide updates and resolve issues promptly for clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records to ensure consistent service from origin to destination
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in air or sea freight operations, cargo coordination, or logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
