Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to basic customer queries on product availability, pricing, delivery charges, and lead times.
  • Compile spot quotations in partnership with Sales and ensure timely turnaround.
  • Capture and validate customer orders in ERP/Order Management System with accuracy.
  • Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align fulfilment plans and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare delivery documentation to support invoicing and shipment release.
  • Manage pending orders by resolving basic exceptions and supporting clearance for billing.
  • Follow up on open orders and provide status updates to relevant parties.
  • Perform basic checks and follow-ups on payment status when required.
  • Maintain accurate order, shipment, and customer records in CRM/ERP.
  • Support administrative tasks tied to order processing and customer service operations.


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support
  • Proficiency with ERP/Order Processing tools and delivery/invoicing documentation workflows
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage seamless coordination across stakeholders
